Just as the name implies... post up your gear or gear you thinks cool. I saw this today, a little on the $$ side. Reminds me of the setup Brian B had at HF for his TentCot.

I have had my eye on this and thinking about getting it before my next big camping trip. Amazon has them for about $80.

I saw someone on central overland that has it and he seems to like it. Also it has received great reviews online.
This is my latest purchase. Haven't got a chance to sleep in it yet other than a short half hour nap in the yard. Slept well for that half hour though.

Thats pretty slick! Not a bad price either! Sorta reminds me of this one.. which was on Markdown.com for like 40% off but I missed it. Doh! http://www.volcanogrills.com/

Throw a Thermarest pad under you. Even in my tentcot the floor gets cold as shit without a thermarest pad. Froze my ass off last November at HF without it.
Jason will cuddle up with ya.
I'm looking at some normal cots for the 4 man REI tent I picked up last week. I want someone thing comfortable and small enough that I can throw 2 in the truck along with all the other gear. Found one but its retarded $$. http://www.luxurylite.com/cotindex.html
Maybe this one.. gets decent reviews

Oh yeah, my friend moved to Colorado a few years ago and he's into ultralight backpacking. His stove, backpack, tent AND sleeping bag combined are under 3 pounds total!! He paid LOTS of $ for them though. But he's hiking 75-100 miles at a time. He sent me some links a while back and it was ridiculous the price of the things.. but also that they looked so fragile.
Backpacking gear gets expensive quick. I have a 4 pound tent that I really like, coleman exponent inyo. It is on the upper end of the weight spectrum but it's roomy and has 2 big vestibules.
I have a Mountain Hardware Hammerhead 3 I've used a dozen times or so. But its not big enough for the family so I picked up that Kingdom 4 with vestibule. Then of course is the TentCot which is great for wheeling trips.. easy to setup and dryice bomb proof!![]()
I got a steal on it! It was on sale for $219 plus another 30% off. The footprint was half price as was the vestibule! All said it was about $230 or so.. free shipping and it was here in 3 days! Its only 5'7" high in the middle.. so you'll be ducking. The Kingdom 6 is like 6'2" in the middle.. but its HUGE! I almost bought it because it was only $279.. but the thing is like 10' x 8' plus the vestibule is another 5 -8 feet or something... I would never find a place to set it up.
5'7" might be tall enough but being 6'3" I would go to REI to look at it in person. Also thought about the Coleman instant tent but not sure of it's quality or how tall it is. Not ready to get a bigger tent till my son is ready to start going so I have some time to shop.
Looks very cool!
I picked up the same. We use queen air matress and this guy! Thing is super sweet:
Big Agnes King Solomon 15 Degree Double-Wide Sleeping Bag
For our 'ground nesting' we've been using this beast and it is great for the summer but snow would blow right in!!! The nicest thing is standing damn near anywhere in that puppy was easy - I'm 6' I think the ceiling is a bit higher.
