Dual Batteries with 200 AMP Issolator

Wow!!! Now I know why I put this off for so long!!!

I have spent nearly the entire day tinning lugs, routing cable, designing shit, re-designing shit, cutting cable, soldering lugs, looking for a freakin' 200 Amp fuse that I left in some obvious place but didn't find it until after I looked at about 6 stores - elf me!

Anyway I am pretty satisfied with the current results - Oh and did I mention that this thing is located behind the back, driver's side jump seat. That's what I think is the coolest thing of all. Just added to the taco lean!!!

Hey Sean, how did you connect to your alternator? I'm going to redo this but for this week, this is what I'm going to run... Something tells me it may not last the week!!! If I have time before I leave I may change the design.



I was going to use a gromet but this thing was perfect - stain relief and water tight!

I left the factory connection for now. Someday I'll upgrade the alternator and then I'll do it.. but I've been lazy.
