I can't go wheeling till my sliders are installed. I don't want to be part of the curse that wheel with sliders in the garage and end up with damage.
Also the next 2 months are really busy. If I can make it I would not know till last minute.

Thats the first place my truck left pavement, 2 weeks after buying it. Also the first time I had to change a tire on a trail. Broken branch into the side if those shitty stock dunlops.

Got any locations that are a "must see" out there? I just called a ranger station and asked them what they recommended.

To be honest, we just drove out there on a long weekend, found a dirt road. Drive down that until we found a clearing off to the side and set up camp there. We were next to a river, there was a trail that went across, but ended up dead ending. Then we just drove down that main dirt road and went down whatever trails we saw off to the side. Don't think I could find any of those locations again without a lot of uturns. Very scenic area though, found one dirt road that just went up until you were on the top of a mountain, could see everything around for miles!

It was also november, went out there with a tent and some blankets we 'borrowed' from the air force... Froze our asses off! Everyone ended up sleeping in a vehicle save one guy, who we woke up in the morning, and his face was blue and lips purple...There wasn't any real planning that happened before that trip...

I want to go but I already asked for the 17th off from work for drew's party. and I dont have any armor I doubt I would feel safe with just the stock one you gave me. If by any chance I happen to make something that looks like a skid plate then im game, ill miss work

Is it going to a camp trip or is it just a one day deal?
