i changed the bulbs and have never run across this before. the cluster lights do not work, the fuel, battery,seat belt, etc. lights work but not the dash lights.
any help? im checking to see if it has power to the light but it is real hard with the plugs in.

yeah it turned out to be a bad new bulb/ crud on the connector. why toyota put the fuse block behind the kick panel is beyond me.
