Oh hell yeah! MUCH cheaper than the $300 bones I was planning to spend on a Black Magic fan for Mr Greybeard.

That's what I was thinking... also I was thinking about my shitty gas milelage. It may even be as simple as a new... (hold on a minute)...

Oh shit I was looking for the picture of my backing plates and thinking maybe my bent rear housing would contribute to my shitty gas mileage. While I was looking I came across a funny picure I once made and to me it represents how someone would like to send many people to the poor house in the name of modern reparations or a Robinhood complex.

He may not have anything to do with my brakes or my mileage but he influnces how much of my money goes to the Saudi family.

I think he's harder on his than you or I are. Tacoma... he's harder on his Tacoma. Just to clear that up.

And for the record, I'm no longer hard on mine (I laugh when I type that).

Well the housing aren't all that hard to bend, I've got a trashed on in my garage that was supposed to be going under drews runner till I had a bit of a mishap with a tractor and a parts truck.

Taurus fans are a popular swap, but not as good as the Mercury Villager fan, they are a bit more powerful. YT has a ton of thread about the benefits of the Villager vs. the Taurus fan.

Good to know Rob. I am planning a trip to the pick-n-pull in the near future to locate a steering column cover and maybe some fenders. I'll add Mercury Villager fan to the list.

I might just have to go pick up one of those fans for the chevy. The price is certainly right and I could really use the extra power/mpgs. If I can just get it back to double digit MPGs I'll be happy.

The Villager fans are better but harder to find. You can get a Taurus fan all day long at any salvage yard. If you find a Villager fan get get me one too, I'm good for it.

The Taurus fans are sweet. I run mine on high only and it keeps everything very cool all day long. Got mine at a PnP in houston for $35.
