Well I guess my truck would be somewhat safe from sand and mud unless I played in permafrost....then it would be a catastrophic stuckfest
PIAA 510's are gone.......VisionX LED's are on order as soon as I here back from Cliff!!! and they have a lifetime warrantee!! Prepare for a short review of them...
I want this one!
http://visionxsuperstore.com/xmitter...bar-1-7-2.aspx
I'd have to built a cage for it... covered in 1/4 plate.. maybe some expanded metal over the front. Those 38k lumens would be down to 8k by the time I "protected" it.![]()
I just don't ever think I'll be to the point where I can say "You know, I just can't think of one more thing to do to my rig so I'm going to drop $2500 on a light bar."
Whoever dies with the most toys wins.
They are ordered......can't wait to get them wired up.
If you wanted to go really low profile there are new 5watt single row bars that in a 30" will blow that 52 out of the water, but for some reason they're not up on the website (damn web guy)
13,311 Lumens 27 LEDs 11.25 amps
Thats the spirit!
So you would rather pay full MSRP.... that can be arranged
until the 28,000 lumens melted your expanded metal![]()
Send pics when you get them on Larry, brightest fog lights Ive ever seen. 3451 lumens each!
Will do, I hope they can take a dunk under water! If not I will be exercising that warranty!
The PIAA's seemed to pop everytime they were at operating temperature and then you hit a water puddle or got them wet. Even with them completely siliconed up.
Hey Cliff, check your PM's.
