Nominating "Blue Beam" as a cool tool. Been using it for the past 4 years and man does it save some time. Also helps me not get bogged down with 24" x 36" sets of paper plans all over my office
I specially like that you can take/cut hidden items off plans and paste them onto where they should be, not hidden like the architects like to do. I just wish I had started using it earlier so I was more accustomed to reading prints on a PC. As of now I mark them all up and dimension them on the PC then print them to see if I missed anything.
