Oswego, where you purchased your FK's Unibol?

I got mine from Total Chaos, but they are 1". You can get mine at a bunch of places on the web.

Make sure you get the right size and try to get stainless. All Pros current literature says they are using 1-1/4" FK balls, but all of my searches tonight do not show Fk making or selling a 1-1/4" ball.

Here are some links for 1-1/4" balls (Aurora balls - not fk):

Recent pricing from Camburg http://www.dezertrangers.com/vb/fab-shop/137331.htm#post2607812

AP is selling theirs for $49 which seems too cheap to be stainless with Teflon lining............hmhmhmh maybe they are a cheaper version http://www.allprooffroad.com/05tacomafrontsuspension/05upperaarms

You could also source them through Kartek or Poly Performance too.

Hey, I want to do a u bolt flip. I planned to buy the u-bolts and make the top plates. I measured the axle tubes and got 3 1/8". Do 3" round bend u bolts fit? The next size up is 3.5" and that's obviously way too big.

I used 3.5" on my Tacoma and it worked great. 3" is a tight squeeze, but you can pull it off. Mine was tighter than anyone else's because my spring perches are further in. Here's how I managed to shoehorn it in

Sadly I placed an order with AP last night......couldn't find any other vendor who has what I want and I do not have the equipment/skills to produce what I need.

Seriously!?

My favorite is Front Range, but Marlin and Trail Gear sell almost the same kit as All Pro.

I found some 3.25" wide x 9/16" round bend u bolts online. The possible problem is that they are 10.5" long. I could always cut the tails off but I wonder if it would leave enough thread. The other problem is that they're $11.50 each. For that price I may as well just buy a kit.

Having some extra thread is nice just incase you add shims etc to the rear. I almost didn't have enough when I added the new shims because I had cut the extra off to far, and I still don't have enough for the relocation blocks.
