Just investigated it a little, looks like it might not be intentional. He changed his email address which changed his "user status" to "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" which is why he's not showing.

Just investigated it a little, looks like it might not be intentional. He changed his email address which changed his "user status" to "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" which is why he's not showing.
