Yeah I'm not super worried about the gears right now. After I get the drivetrain tuned up and make sure it's all going to work I'll start collecting for the SAS and dual cases.

Then don't waste money on gaskets.

I'm not swapping the whole drivetrain. But it is all getting pulled out with the engine.

Score! I can't wait to see how Marlin clutches compare to stock

From what I can tell, Marlin is a lot better that stock. Granted my Tacomas clutch is 7 years old. The Marlin still feels much better.

Marlin clutch just got here. I now have everything I need for the swap except the engine. It shouldn't be too far away though.

I'll try to have them pulled. But if they need a BFH to get off I'll leave that to you. You break it, you buy it But I have all the tools needed including the BFH.
