Don't believe the lies about it being "reduced". It was listed a few years ago by a different agent at 64k. Then a new agent at 99k and now 69k. I'd offer 45k cash and see what happened (when I save up 45k ).

He is a really nice guy. That one topic was pretty much off limits because he would shut down and not talk to you for a while if that was ever brought up. Understandably.

Completely understandable - I'd want to find as way to push through that barrier - just because I'd be very curious. I'm sure they've talked about it with someone.

Because people who want to be self reliant are looked down upon these days. It wasn't always the case. Back in the day someone who used little resources and lived a good life was looked up to.

#1 tip for off grid living: Keep what you are doing off the web.

This thread already has pictures of the crazy lone bomber in here (not saying his name for the algorithm). Why would I ever want to be associated with that kind of orah? I don't so....Ill stick to my plans and keep those cards close to my chest.

I did make a good move over the weekend ~ Set aside 10k into the highest yield interest savings account I could find so I would stop mixing funds. Now I have multiple different accounts with set weekly goals I can dole money out to for savings. Keeping all my chips in the same pot made it difficult even thought I can save more than I spend.

Had a run in with my meth selling neighbor this weekend that got me motivated. Nothing bad. Ill explain further when I get home later.
