HOAX DENIER
Okay, I realize I am probalby the only guy that has had this happen to them but the glue holding my hood latch failed! My hood started bouncing while I was cruising back from the desert...
Here is my fix (sorry I should have taken pics of the failure)...
Cleaned up the latch to remove all that stupid epoxy. fabed up a bracket that allows the 'hood-holder-lever' to still latch into the hood and weld the latch loop to the bracket...
I will probably pop rivet every inch or so... but for now it's screwed with miscellaneous screws!
