Thanks man. Glad they finally added a delivery date. I've been thinking about waiting until after I swap the rear axle to install the LT kit. So, if you came over this week we'd probably be ripping into the engine.

Nice build up. I only skimmed over it and it all looks pretty good. Couple things, there is a company that makes an auxiliary fuel tank that mounts were the under bed spare goes. Can't think of the company right now but its nice and hugs up real tight, extra 10 gl I think.. The under body rear spare really sucks up your clearance. I have a All-Poo rear link kit on mine with the pan hard re-locator bracket and it tow's great without even having a sway bar on it. Despite the idea of these things being top heavy, my roof rack mounted 32" spare doesn't make me anymore tippy than most. Besides if your doing a true long travel which widens these things 7" overall, your stability is still pretty good. Like I said I don't have a sway bar one on my truck. The LC rear springs and 3" spacers are all the lift I have on the rear along with the long travel heim-joint link kit. If you go the route I went, you will have a clearance issue with the upper link on the passenger side hitting the stock gas tank I just put my jack in there and bent the gas tank out of the way so it clearanced more controllably and you will have to cut some off the rear fenders and keep an eye on the third and drive shaft hitting the side of the gas tank. I've almost cut through my tank and am still working on a fix for it. It extends the wheel base about 2". As mine sits, if I can get the nose to go up, I generally don't drag the rear bumper which is an All-pro chrome molly, cheap but effective. Although I am looking to beef it up some for a little extra confidence on tongue weight. On the front, don't do anything without a uniball upper at least. The Total Chaos kit might be pricey, but when it comes to suspension and you get what you pay for, your asking for trouble going cheap. I've beat the hell out of this front end for almost a decade and have never had any problems other than camber bolts shifting. I generally just drop some motor oil or light oil on the uniballs after a good cleaning every now and then and I don't have any squeaks or scoring on them.

As for the trail/street abilities, you can just shove your skinny pedal as far up those solid axle guys asses that you want to go and tell them to try and keep up.

Keep the posts coming and I may try and make it down to SA to take a look and show you some highs and lows from my experience.

I think I'm going to go buy some steel for a rear bumper on Saturday morning if anyone wants to go with

What ya gonna get? Square stock is super easy to work with if you've got a chop saw
