Nice work on the twin sticks, Tacoma looks awesome too (I got distracted by the FJ in your earlier post). It seems we're all waiting for the fall/winter to get started back on the mods...except Sean and Rob but they're just crazy

X2, that tan soft top completes the look, and having a manual shift T-case makes you a baddass. Is it a Lefty or an FJ case?

It's a fj case that we installed last fall. I got the call this morning that the 4.7 gears showed up and they are putting the crawler together for the Tacoma. I'm pretty excited about it showing up got a local shop that is going to cut and extend/shorten the drivelines. The last part of the puzzle will be to build a cross member I started a thread on RST to get some ideas. http://www.rocksolidtoys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=268

Cross member is easy, clock the case so it has a flat belly then just build a flat cross member all the way across like kevin did. Leaves you with a simple bullet proof crossmember and a flat belly.

There is a size difference between the FJ case and the Lefty that Kevin is running we discussed some options at a point when no one was running a FJ case with the crawler besides Wyatt. After looking at pictures of Joshua's truck (Wicked2007) that Wyatt installed a FJ/crawler on and talking with them it looked as though there is not enough clearance on the tunnel without modifications to the seats and tunnel to clock it flat. So the plan plan now is to use a RB 1" bodylift and a BFH to add enough clearance to clock it without having to redo the seat. I hope to come up with a good crossmember based on ideas they post in that thread and was hoping Kevin would post his as well in there. Ultimately hoping to get a flat belly on the truck when it is all said and done.

taco4x4rar I really dig the bobbed bed you did on your truck it is something that I want to do to mine at some point or build a bobbed utility/flat bed.

I was at this point in my build right before I sold the Tacoma. That's definitely the route to go though.

I was at the same point and I decided to build a trail rig.

But this Taco is uber sweet.. I'm glad someone is doing it.

This is one of my favorite Tacomas. I have followed the build on TTORA for a while. Gotta love being locked front and rear :)
