What size tube are you using? Looks great. All of that being bent on the JD3?

The tubing is all 1.75" x 0.120 and all the bends are being done on the JD model 3.

Thanks bud, this is definitely a fun project. I didn't enjoy wasting a day redoing the top tube from 3 pieces to a single piece. The three piece setup had too many points to support and couldn't be fit up. So I started over with a four bend tube. So much better.

The bends and tube work is making my wallet itch. I keep trying to justify a nice bender. I am sure at some point I will have one in my garage

Looking good! Are you using any software for the bending and design?

I designed the back half in Bendtech. Bendtech gives me the angles, cut lengths, and cope profiles for each piece. Now that only works if everything is perfect, but we all know that's not the case. Some adjustments are necessary as always.
