My buddy has a 14v and an 18v SnapOn... both are awesome machines. If I was to earn a living with a tool I'd defiantly look into buying one.. or two. But for about 1/2-2/3'rds the price of the 18v SnapOn I bought my 18V Milwaukee which has just as much juice and IMO is just as powerful. However... I have not seen a replacement for his 14V.. its small and powerful. My Milwaukee 14v impact is not as powerful, but it is a few years old... but that little SnapOn impact was a beast. I suppose the Matco 14v is a competitor, but at what cost $$$?
I have one of the smaller SnapOn cordless drills that I received as a wedding present from a good friend. That was almost four years ago and it is still the most used tool in my toolbox. I use it at work, on the truck, bike, and around the house.
