IDK...

I used Mobil 1 0W-20 once, didn't notice a difference. I've been using Royal Purple ever since.

Will pay to see Cmack get tased
I used 0W30 Amsoil at last oil change and noticed no difference. The theory, I believe, is thinner oil, less resistance to flow, better fuel economy. No idea if it lubricates under load as well as the slightly heavier stuff.

I did mine in the winter, so no big deal. I probably wouldn't use it in the summer, I'd be worried it might get too thin and break down.

That's Mr Asshole to you
I am running this and just did my 2nd change with it. Did not notice a difference but figure it's the same price as 5w 30 so why not. I would use royal purple or amsoil but it's just so easy to get Moble 1 at Wally World for $25 a 5qt jug.

This, thicker oil is better for the hot ass weather. However if you lived up somewhere north of the mason dixon line and rarely see temps above 80 I think it might be worth a shot.

So this is a "Texas Only" forum??? As for oil and outside heat - I have ran thinner oils in my motorcycle and found out they break down much faster in the winter. So I compared the cost of running the heavier oil to the cost of rebuilding the motor (again x2). I'm running the right oil in my bike and truck again.

yes

Damn near, it was started by Texas that were fed up with Tard World.
yes

Since this is a fairly new product, let some of the others be guinea pigs on this thin 0W weight oil. I'm sticking with 5W 30 until otherwise...
