9.5" elocker Diff

So, I just had a conversation with a guy selling a 9.5" elocker 3rd and apparently, it (and the hi-pinion elocker) work WAY different than other lockers. Instead of locking the spider gears, it locks the axle shafts to the carrier.

Yea, a lot of people don't like them because when the actuator fucks up that locking collar is now stuck on the axle shafts is a real pita to remove so that the third can be removed/serviced.
