I am now accepting orders for my 1996-2004 Tacoma steel plate off-road winch bumpers at a special price.

This is a limited time special, so act quick.

I am offering a special introductory price on only the first 10 buyers, and an awesome surprise for one lucky buyer in the first 10 that are sold.....

My special offer for one of my first 10 customers
Each purchaser within the first 10 bumpers sold will be entered into a drawing to receive a refund of the bumper purchase price (minus shipping costs)!!!! so pretty much a chance for a FREE BUMPER!!
Here's how it works:
1. Contact me with your exact order specs for discussion and confirmation
2. Once your specific bumper option details are finalized, send a deposit of 1/2 the cost of the bumper to me via Paypal.
3. I build the bumper (in the order you're on the list and/or receive deposit) and then ship the bumper once the remaining cost + shipping fee is received.
4. When the 10th order is officially placed, I will randomly draw the 1 lucky winner and they will get their purchase price of their bumper refunded back to them!!

Bumper highlights:
* 3/16" thick CNC cut and MIG welded steel structure, winch mounting plate (8000-9500lb non-integrated solenoid winches only), 3/4" thick steel recovery points.
* Optional recessed light cutouts for 4" Piaa or similar fog/driving lights
* Optional tubing light hoop, or full grille guards
* Optional logos/graphics/whatever can be cut into the steel via the waterjet shop. (at a surprisingly low extra cost!!) Make your bumper unique!!! I can do any custom mods (within reason of course) for only minor additional fees.

Pricing: (special offer pricing for first 10)

$650 +shipping - Base plate bumper with 3/4" thick recovery points and
winch cut outs, in bare steel or primer:

$10 - 2 holes in top for spot light mounting

$55 - Recessed fog light mounts

$75 - center light hoop

$175 - center light hoop and full wrap around grill guards

~ Other custom requests: $TBD Ex. Custom 'Tacoma' or 'TRD' in lower skid for only $20 additional!

Shipping:
Around $80-160 through Fastenal depending on your location and the final weight of your bumper. Fastenal ships from one of their stores to another, not to a home address. To look up your local store, enter your zip code HERE. These bumpers are pretty big (around 100lbs) and require being strapped down to a pallet and freight shipping. I don't charge anything for the pallet, or my time of packaging them, all which deducts from my overall profit from the bumpers, so I assure you i'm not making a penny on shipping fees and you're getting the good side of the deal!

Notes:
see attached PDF file for my product liability disclaimer statement.
Installation will require minor vehicle modification: removal of factory bumper and mounts, factory tow hook unbolted, trimming of excess plastic inner fender liner from bottom of front fender wells.

Orders list:
Color coding: Green once deposit is received, Blue during build, and red once final payment has been made and bumper has shipped.

Bumper production will officially begin 7/1 with a 1-2 day build time between bumpers as long as my CNC cutting shop can keep up with the orders. I will build as quickly as possible. Fast turn around, quality products, and customer satisfaction is my goal!!!

I will be constantly updating this thread with information to better answer any questions that arise, feel free to ask a question if there is something you don't see an answer to.

That is a sexy bumper. Definitely one of my first choices when I get the funds for one. Is that center hoop welded on? It looks like it is welded to a plate that is bolted to the bumper. Either way, awesome bumper. Will definitely be hitting you up when I can afford it.

I have decided that I am gonna hae one of these by the end of the year! I'm gonna save half out of last quarters bonus, and the rest out of next quarters bonus. How long do you think it would take to have one built?

Do you have a picture of this one: center light hoop and full wrap around grill guards

I will for sure be getting: light mounts, and a center hoop. Exactly like the picture of your truck with the lights on.

Would you be able to mount this to a 3rd gen 4Runner? Could you mount a winch behind it?

You think this thing would mount up to a Toyota Pickup ?
the mounts are similar i believe but i would need you to check before i said anything. i'm sure with a little drilling your self and welding the side braces it would fit pretty easily

i'm a little lost of what year 4 runners are what gen haha. i'm building one for a 03 4 runner soon so i'll find out whats different then.

Do you happen to have any photos of the bumper with winch cutouts? This bumper looks like it would kick my ARBs @$$. Love it so far.

Mines an 02 (last year of the 3rd gen), I know I can mount a 95.5-04 Tacoma ARB on it so I'm assuming the mounts are the same...and X2 on pics of one with a winch cut out!

heres a picture of a bumper almost done with the winch holes. this one doesn't have the shackle points in yet so those are the rectangular holes on the front pace plate.
