I would like to go to HF but I really need to keep my adventures to a day trip since the wife is due in 4 weeks. We could wheel in the snow this weekend.

HF is just as far as Alto.

Superlift is too far for me, remember that I will be towing the whole way. 9 MPG's sucks ass. Maybe next time. We can do Alto again this go around. But I am going to HF sometime this spring before it get hot as fuck! Even if I go alone.

I wouldn't mind if I could get a half decent tow rig put together, but as it stands now I don't have anything I'd trust to tow the truck that far with. Chance of catastrophic can't drive home failure is to high to drive the taco that far.

Hope you guys know I'm just fucking around. IMO HF is a great park.. tons of trails (170 miles or so) however some are not marked so great... a good rain storm can turn a level 2 into a 4, and a group of dudes on 40's can turn a ledge you did last time into something you need to stack rocks or by-pass. But it has RV spots, camping spots, showers, shitters.. all the amenities of home. Hell there is even a shooting range.

I haven't had the time to go wheeling this past year like I want to.. thanks to a new born. Aaron will learn all about this soon enough. But now that she's older and I've had enough... its time to get back out there and wheel.
