Well the silicone baking pan worked pretty good. Made this in about 12 hours.

I froze another one yesterday and just pulled it out for the pic.

I think if I was planning on going camping I would freeze up a few of them and just keep them in the freezer until I needed them. I am picking up another Pelican this week though, probably do a 65.

Ended up ordering a Pelican 45 over the 65. Between the ARB fridge and the 45 that is plenty of space. Not to mention the 20qt that I already have and can use. Just didn't think I'd need the 65.

I'm not so sure a 65 would fit in the bed of the taco along with the other Pelican cases I have for camping gear. I can fit my Coleman "stainless" cooler back there so I was shooting for something its size. The coleman is a 54qt cooler but it doesn't hold ice as long. The Pelican is about 4-5" bigger in both directions but I think it will fit.

Exactly. I need to get off my ass and build that swingout so I can put my tailgate back on and carry a spare. Give me 12" of bed back or so.

I can.. but it still sticks in a bit. Not as much mind you, but still enough that it fucks up carrying large shit. Best bet is to get rid of it all together.

I have all the stuff to do it.. minus the 2x3 and 2x2 box. I also seem to be missing the gumption to get going. The metal I can pick up anytime.. its that gumption that is harder to find these days.
