Yes, both methods
But the 2 rescue breaths cpr is still more effective, we carry face shields on key rings, backpacks, baseball bag, band instrument case etc, I bought a big pack of them.
I should get some. I have a large hard plastic one but I only keep it in my DD because it's so big. Not looking to get Aids because I wanted to help someone.
$140 WRFA(Scout pricing) and $45 cpr/aed
Thats a good deal. CPR/AED was about $100 here when I looked it up before I knew the union had it for free.
you guys train on dummy's? ours were torsos with some kind of contraption in them so if you didn't tilt the head just right - your breaths would not inflate the lungs. Teacher said they cost a boatload of money and were about as realistic as possible.
