I was hoping to get it painted first. I'll go snap a few now while it's still light outside.

Here's my temporary wooden flat bed. I probably should have used 1/2" treated plywood, but this will work fine to hold a cooler and some gear until I can get something welded up.

It also makes this thing look a little less ghetto (but not much). Parked in front of my house.

Looks good enough for now. You could even use some 2x2 strips of wood and screw them to the plywood making rectangles the right size for you cooler and jerry cans ect. to sit in so that they cannot slide around, then all you need is a couple of cheap hooks and a rachet straps.

Looks good for what it's needed for. Slap some stain or spraypaint on it (whatever you have left around the house) so it won't rot out if it's not treated. And I like rob's suggestion too.
