Nope, it causes you to get cornholed by a middle age pop star with a shiny glove.

The lines have freon and oil in them.

So if I'm removing the heater, can I just terminate both lines, or do I need to keep a loop?

Is it something I should do myself? I think the freon needs recharging anyway since the AC won't get cold. Might be because of the leak.

I would loop it, and I'm pretty sure if it ain't cooling it is deff because of the leak, try getting a can of the freon at auto parts store that has leak stop in it. And check to see if it's been converted to 134a yet if it has not we need to convert it.

Okay, how do I know if it's been converted?

Look for a lil green tag that says so, it should be on upper core support or on the acumulator.

License Plate Wiring

Got some work done wiring for the license plate light. I wanted to run the wiring through the tire carrier tubing. It was a huge pain in the ass.

I drilled the first hole too close to the weld. Aparrently, the hinge piece is inserted into the tubing then welded.

I tapped along the tubing until the tone change and drilled a second hole. Dead on...

Here's the first hole I drilled for the wiring to exit. I thought I could use a vacuum to suck a piece of string through, but that didn't work out.

3hrs later after drilling a bigger hole, I was able to grab the string with some tweezers that I had to modify in the bench vise.

Ran the wiring out above the tail light. I think I'm gonna use some smaller zip ties.

Ready to finish another day. I only ran one wire since the carrier is grounded.

I don't knoe yet. Gonna be sticking that diff in tonight if you wanna hang.

Just pulled the third out of this old axle. The ring gear says 3.9... Taco, say hello to front dig, lol. Maybe Randy will trade me for one of his 3.73 3rds.

Wha? send me a pic of the ring gear no 3.9 ratio exists that I know of. That and that looks like a spring over axle? They told me it was out of a 2wd truck (should have been spring under)

I think its upside down (look at the lines going to the wheel cylinders and diff plug)? meaning those perches would be on the bottom
