Just heard back from Camel Toe 4x4 and their torsion bar is 26mm. Think I'm gonna go with that one.
Wow!
Might even need limiting straps??
Okay, here's how much my stock shocks were limiting down travel

I measured for new shocks have about 17.5" of room at full drop
Wow, that is impressive...
so what shocks do you need?
Looks good Drew, does the CV bind at all at full droop?
I should have checked that huh?

Pardon my geekiness but my last paper in Engr school was active suspension using hydraulic cylinders on all four corners - no springs - used accumulators for 'springs' (rate fully adjustable instantaneously). Used a gyro to sense if you needed to change the charge on the top or bottom of the cylinders to maintain a level or banked stance... Pure theory that is now being used in reality.
Anyway, wouldn't it be cool to have full extension on demand to get around rocks and such!![]()
