Driving Lights Behind windshield

Yeah I would think the glare would be pretty bad unless you had a spot beam light that focused all the light in one area.
But that would be pretty sweet to have (and to blind douchecanoes that are driving shitty at night lol)

I think the glare could be manageable if you kept the windshield clean. And, the steeper angle of the windshield of the 4runner would probably be better than the Taco.

yeah true, I was thinking about the tacoma and not the 4runner. Also, you could do like every other 4runner owner and mount your lights on top of the roof rack that your going to end up buying for it lol

I don't think I'll get one if I can help it.

You could always just build one.

I believe those police lights have a cup/shade of sorts that does not let light into the inside of the car.

You know how the undercover cop cars have their lights mounted behind the windshield.

I was thinking it would be pretty sweet if you could mount some offroad lights in a similar fashion. Only problems I can think of is heat and glare. Maybe some LED lights would work since they don't get as hot. Just not sure if they would be bright enough.

They make em - mike double cab had some... just like the cop ones but yellow
