So I was joking with my boss today about being out the rest of the week to hit up Colorado again. She said just put in your time and go. Now the only problem is finding more time off for the rest of the year and getting my wife to understand.
I have a better chance of playing pick up sticks with my butt cheeks.

The other problem with going is I would come home to the locks being changed on my house.

Hopefully this goes next year, I'll definitely have the time off and funding for it...Probably do the trip with yall then roll through moab, maybe big bend, then stop in Austin to see my mom before heading north and seeing my dad in NH before returning to NC.

Just how it goes man. It was just the 2 vehicles from TX last year (4 people though), and Greg happened to be available. Sucks when it gets canceled though.
