Damn, man thats WAY too long! Are you in Round Rock yet?

Disregard... just read your other post where you state you leave for Texas on the 6th.

Tell me about it! That last time was actually when I was in Nevada doing airdrops with some MARSOC guys. We took our rental Ford Expedition 4x4 out for a few hours on some trails right outside town. Was a pretty good time, lucky we never got stuck though since we were alone in an open/open suv with no recovery tools and no cell reception. The next night we took it to the salt flats in utah (we were right on the border line) and topped it out a couple times...After seeing what we do to rentals while on the road, I will never buy a former rental vehicle...
Then there was that minivan in Wyoming that we got stuck in the mud. A couple chicks happened upon us and pulled us out with their truck, aand invited us to a party. Best stuck ever!

I'm down either way. Had a lot of fun last time meeting some of yall. Does anyone know if bud built skids work with a drop bracket lift? Looking to try to fit 35's on my taco if I can without a drop bracket style lift. If not 33's are fine I guess

Why does it matter if they work with a DB lift if you're not going to run one?

35s can be made to fit, I run them now on 3", took a lot of cutting/grinding/beating the shit out of the inner fender and forward body mount but they fit. I'm running stock wheels with 1.25 wheel spacers and only rub the frame a little right behind the LCA mount at full lock, and fender flares are gonna have to go or be seriously hacked up though.

db style imo looked like it lowered the distance between the ground and the IFS compared to stock mounting points for the LCA's. there for I thought it would change the bolt patter for the IFS skid.

They will not work on a Bp lift (I have one) I 'm going to fab my own, you can still use Buds gas tank skid.

And if your thinking spacers make sure you get spydertrax.

Seems like Longs it will be. Damn I wish I had my TentCot modified like the guys at HF. For those of you who didn't go.. they had a small 1000 watt Honda generator that powered a small $99 AC window unit on a small stand that was attached to the backside of the rain fly. Nice and cold inside!

If you checked the forum 8 times a day every day like the rest of us, maybe you'd know, lol

She came over from TTORA and went to BVORR the last time out

Sorry Drew! I know I need to get my addiction back on track, quit this slackin shit lol.

Well welcome aboard Becky, I'd say you have one person to live up to which would be Red but she has been a ghost on here so you may quickly be approaching the BAMF girl of TO status.
