Had to send my Ruger Alaskan 44 mag back to the factory. The timing is somehow fucked up with the trigger, pawl, and cyinder. Jams every once in a while.
What are the odds of getting a Ruger revolver that doesn't work flawlessly? Those things are bombproof! Fortunately the shop is shipping it back for me at no charge and they said Ruger has great customer service. Should be back in a couple of weeks. We shall see...

Its just a last resort bear gun. Its my hiking gun. It comes in 44 mag or 454 casull. I just got the 44. Put some hard cast buffalo bore loads in it and it will go through a chevy big block but speer also make downloaded short barrel loads that turn it into a viable self defense gun too.

yea same here its a hi point 955ts the new one with all the upgrades done from them so its one of the few that dont jam haha the guy gave me the paper work on it from when he sent it in and they did a trigger and bolt job to it

they have them in 40 and 9mm
hi point makes these in 40,9mm, and 45
i may shoot this for a while and then trade it for the 45 it takes 1911 mags

ya only thing is that the beretta is about 4 times as much as the hi point and a 9mm carbine... i dont want to spend 900 bucks on

Finding a way..
I just got my ACR back from the recall ( someone had a full auto runoff) and they replaced the trigger group. I'm waiting on my new scope mount from Larue to get here, I'll get pics up when it's back together. On another note, my GF's uncle gave her a Ruger .380 LCP, neat little weapon. Im not crazy about it, but for her, its pretty good.

Really like the .40 Kahr, wife can even shoot it with no problems.
The Kimber I picked up on a great deal, shoots nice as well.
Don't shoot the .380 much, its what I usually carry (fits in my pocket).
