How you doing with the tobacco?
I got three days into being clean and I'm starting to go crazy. Last time I quite was much easier because I was sick - just to bad I got drunk and came back to smoking.

I've learned to be conditionally loving. I was getting tired of smelling my brother's smokey essence. After a couple of days I told him that as a condition of living with me, he can't smoke. I thought I was going to resist me. He didn't. Hasn't smoked since then. I may open a quit smoking clinic. I take your wallet. You live in my home. I provide food only if you don't smoke!

that's exactly where I always snuck mine. turn on the water - steam a smoke and blow it out the vent, flush but down toilet, then shower and cover up the smell with soap
I did eventually get busted doing this because the exhaust fan was crappy
