That would be pretty cool Rob!

I'd like to have something in the taco to see in the foot wells and also into the center console storage area. That shit is dark at night.

That's a Damn good idea, I hate that the glove box and console has no lights, behind and under rear seats would be pretty sweet too, and since I already have power ran back there for my inverter I'm set.:)

That's one thing I like in the 7. Orange mood lighting in many places you wouldn't think!

Yeah, I have a few amber LED's that I bought to light up those areas but I never installed them. Actually, I take that back.. I illuminated my 4WD selector switch with them.

I saw a write up on doing that somewhere, not a bad idea.

i got my floor lit up w one of these in each floor well, lights it up really nice, havent had time to find a nice place to hide a strip in the center console, tho i havent looked to hard yet. i tapped into the interior lights computer so that the leds actually dim with the rest of the lights instead of just on/off.

There's a local shop here in Houston, bit of a hole in the wall but I've always been able to find what I was looking for. EPO- Electronics Parts Outlet, located near Westpark Tollway and Fondern. Great prices aswell.

Frack me..
These are great for illumination around the truck, not too expensive and they don't draw too much power. Chris from the Expedition meetup had these and was nice enough to post up about them. Just wanted to Transfer the link here so it's easier to find in the future. It's NOT a spot light, more like an led flood light. I don't know how to explain it but they didn't kill my eyes walking around in front of them like most work lights.. maybe it was just me.
