Lift kit installation... Help Please.

Im gonna try to install a spacer lift this weekend, The front is not a problem its the rear Add a leaf im puzzled by. So dose anybody have any tips to install the add a leaf?

It's Easy... I have no other advice. There was a pretty good writeup on TW by Chris4x(whore), . Should point you in the right direction.

Pull the leaf springs out one at a time.
C-clamp the pack together
remove the nut for the center pin and slowly release the clamps
Put AAL between 2&3rd leaf from the bottom, including the overlaod (I think - it's been awhile, surely someone will correct me).
Use a large C-clamp to compress the leaves back together
put new, longer center pin in and tighten the nut
release clamps
put springs back in.

Don't drink and do it. That's where I messed up. Watch out cause the spring could come out of the pack during installing. But u can bring it by tomar if you want some help w it. And what rob said is how I did mine.

Well im in Friendswood (parents house) gonna dismantle the front end tonight take my shocks to NTB to set them back at 0" and they should be ready by tomorrow morning. And I don't think i'll be drinking...LOL

You have adjustable shocks? If so, setting them to 2.5 is the EXACT same thing as putting that toytec spacer in there.

its built in, but I've never tried to use it...
