Well, Im having a hard time trying to decide how I wanna build my truck. So here is the problem. I would like to gain 4-6 inches from stock height with 285's or 305's. If i get 305's, I will consider gearing and etc. I noticed anything above a 3 inch lift for a Tacoma involves a Drop Bracket for the IFS. Now, from what I've read, if I get a DB style lift. I won't be able to purchase the Bud Built skids due to the different mounting points.
I would like to get 4-6 inches, but I don't want to have a custom skid made for it if I have to go to Krawltex to make it. They are just really expensive for a low income person like myself.
I wont be upset getting a Toytec 3 inch lift, but I would prefer a little more clearance than they offer if ya feel me.
Honestly, I want to run Dakar's w/ AAL in the rear with some Blistein 5125 shocks and a shackle flip kit. Just not sure what to run in the front end
