WOuld my travel numbers increase?

Maybe you are retarded if you can't spell it, lol

I think it's a good idea. Just look at what happened to "Roger's" stock LCAs

So what, I missed a T :p

Yup, that would be a plus.
What UCAs are you running now?

Yeah they are bullet proof! - That failure wont happen again with those TCs! :D

TC UCa's

Might be able to mod your existing LCA to utilize these. Of course its still not as strong as the TC.. but its a less $$.

I have a feeling those would be a PITA to get to fit in the stock LCA. I think the TC is still the best bet.

Or you could just buy a new stock lower control arm and not worry about having to press out the ball joint.

You guys are closer then I am to Toyota of Dallas, they do have this wonderful parts site

Toyota of Dallas Parts

I was actually looking at picking up a new lower control arm from these guys as the Toyota dealerships up here are charging $850 for the same part...

Yes, uniballs on both ends would allow for more travel, how much more? IDK but it's likely more than your stock length stock jointed CVs can handle before binding.

Well mine was only limited by the travel of my Fox coil overs. = No increase in travel.

I thought your friend with the prerunner and the UCA/LCA combo was pulling greater travel since he switched to the uniball LCAs? Did he get a longer coilover or something?

Not bad and if you keep all four wheels on the ground while traveling 60 plus on desert whoops - you should be fine! :o

I just mapped out my SAS :shifty:

This shit might actually happen!!!!

Take your projected budget and time frame and double it. My initsl budget was a little over 4 grand and I ended up blowing most of that on just the axle.
