Watched Brightburn lastnight, it's pretty good..

Picked up Brightburn this week on Blu-Ray. Showed the trailer to my little one and she was like "NOPE!" .. which is saying something because she normally does not mind some scary shows. So we will watch Godzilla King of the Monsters tonight instead.

I watched the first movie of The Hobbit at my condo while on vacation, I hadn't seen it and it was really good so when I got home today, I wanted to rent the next two movies. Well it was cheaper to buy the Lord of the Rings + The Hobbit on blue ray (6 disks total) for $36 than to buy two of the hobbit movies and stream them. Crazy...

They are well done despite the added bs and the stuff he cut out.

I had no idea that Amazon would burn you bluerays of old movies if you order them - Was watching Joe Rogan's show last night and he had on Rob Zombie and Rob said he got all kinds of movies on DVD/Blue ray that way.

The fear and threats are out, movie theaters will probably have to hire security now, and many customers may just avoid the theaters all together. We hardly go to the movies, so no loss here.

Yeah, I fight to not go to the theater. I've been twice this year and that is 2x more than I have been in the last 3 or 4 years. Its why I have a movie room.

Yep, why would I want to get dressed, drive there, pay $20-30 for a ticket and pay another $20 for snacks while having to listen to crying babies or phone ringtones? I'll just wait a month for it to come out,rent or buy it and watch it in my boxers in the comfort of my own home! movie theatres are a dying business.
