I had my kid watch Napoleon Dynamite today. I could hear her laughing in the other room. I asked her what she thought of it and it scored a 9.9 out of 10. Not bad. I walked in a few times to check on her and caught some bits and pieces of it. "Give me some tots".. kicks his pocket. Uncle Rico throwing Kips steak at Napoleon and Pedro on the bike... and just Napoleon doing the sighing and "Idiot". So stupid yet so funny.

Watched the "Old Guard" on nextlifx last night. it was OK I guess. I only stopped it 4 times to go due stuff around the house or grab a smoke so I defiantly was not "into it" but it helped time pass.

reminiscent of Highlander but the plot wasn't as good. Maybe 2.0 will be better.

Yeah, I'm watching it now and not super into it. About 1/4 ways into it... its meh so far.

Watched it last night....holy cow did they draw it out for content length. You could skip the first 2/3 of it and just watch the last 1/3 to understand what side they are trying to sell you.

I was impressed with his DIY armoring skillz not so much his research on building plans or engine cooling

Watching "My Name is Salt" on Prime.. man its surprisingly good. About these people in India who live like nomads and go out into the desert and mine for salt. Not many words, still have yet to hear anything in English. But its good... hard working people making due with what they have.

Pretty good documentary on Amazon called "Missing 411: The Hunted". It's about skilled outdoorsmen/hunters who just disappear. Guys that are never seen from again, not a trace in some incidents. Some guys it seems just might snap but others are just gone without a trace.
