Thanks for the links. I dont think Low Range sells any inchworm products for the r155. Hell, i couldnt even find any other their adapters listed on the website. I know they bought the company from Jim, but doesnt appear to be producing any of their parts anymore.
That link for the r155 more pertains to the bellhousing. Looks like i could swap in a later r150f from a taco and use the bellhousing from the 2TR then buy an adapter to the atlas from AA.
I think my current (cheapest) plan is to buy a AX15 tailhousing and bolt it in place of the rear half my current r155. The swap in the AX15 output shaft. I think it all should work together. The last ting i would need to buy would be a clocking ring for the Atlas for $75. Total would be around $3-400 for all of it. Maybe cheaper if i can find a good used AX15 in a junkyard.
Finding a r151f is hard. and when you do they are $800-1000. I can get an AX15 for $3-400 and swap in a new r155 input shaft, re-use my r155 bellhousing and clutch/starter/shift fork/etc, then sell the r155 and factory t-case to someone wanting to convert their taco to 4wd. Should be money ahead at the end and not have to use any expensive adapters. Now to find the AX-15....

Really? No one is going to tell him that he isn't a dick or an asshole?

Just doing some pricing on new 39/40s when the time comes. Lets see how much more expensive they get next year when i make the purchase.

4: New 39" BFG Mud Terrain KM3 - $1490 with free shipping from Summit racing (Not available until end of October)
BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 Tires 71004
5: Fury Offroad MTs are $343 per tire on EBAY (last choice)
Im leaning towards the Coopers or the new BFGs. Nittos third, then the stupid expensive Toyos (probably best tire out of the bunch), then the Fury's.
Even with the 20% rebates, thats close to $1600 including taxes/mount and balance/disposal/etc. not much of deal with all the add ons. There is a like new set of 40" toyos in Houston on Craigslist that o have my eye on. Not that great of a deal, but i may be able to get them cheaper.
You just need to buy 20 of them. Duh!![]()

Let the kid drive your truck into work for a day? Then technically it's not unethicalMy neighbors kid works for Discount Tire... earlier this year he said he could get 12 KM3's for $100 a pop.. he wanted 4. I said I would take the other 8. Well fast forward to when the deal could come to light and the details reveal they are only for vehicles he owns... so ethics rule so I am out. I get it and I am not upset at all. But it would have been nice.
Dealer cost for a CRL aftermarket slider is $183.55. I don't sell automotive products, but I do have an account with CRL for glazing tools/parts so at least you can use this info as a bargaining chip. They also have power sliders for $426![]()
If you were local I'd hook you up at cost, but no can do for as far away as you are and as picky as my boss is.
The other prices listed are for people who don't spend 50k a year with them. Our price is discounted as much as possible or so their salesman tells me because we spend 200k a year.
