I have the AEM dry filter. It was quite dirty after this trip. First time I've cleaned it, but only had 15k on it before the trip.

Meh... It is about half the thickness of the OEM paper filter and did not improve my mileage at all. It does save the money from purchasing a filter every time and seems to be as efficient at filtering dirt... As in my mass air flow sensor looked clean after 15k... No cleaner after I cleaned it (if that makes sense)
Overall, I would but it again, but I had higher hopes.
