October Bridgeport, TX meet

tex

That's Mr Asshole to you
It looks like there is an October meet in the works on the other site. Since everyone cant view it I will post up details once a date is decided.
**edit** the 23rd was the date everyone decided on.

You and Brian are probably the only ones that would actually show.

I'd think about going.

We should do a meet at my place in late October instead. Who wants to pull a motor?

Na bridge port sounds more fun.

I was thinking more like Hidden Falls or the TTORA deal Randy posted about......If you are going to pull that motor then of course I could help, but we should find some time to wheel in October also. One of the best months for camping & wheeling, not too hot & not too cold.

Na bridge port sounds more fun.

Puss, you know you want to help Drew pull that motor.

What kind of meet is it? Off-road? Where the hell is Bridge Port?

I do plan on going. It is going to be an offroad meet. Some mild, and possibly some hardcore, depending on who shows up. Looks like some prerunner guys are going, so my goal will be to get them stuck.

There are a lot of fun, short, trails out there. They also are going to start allowing people to camp on certain weekends.

How friendly is HF for a stock 4x4? I didn't see much of the park last time I was there.

Depends.. you can cruise around alot of ranch roads and the level 1 & 2 trails... the 3's you are risking a little. You really want sliders and some more aggressive tires.. plus someone who knows the trails as they change pretty often due to rain and erosion. I think I read somewhere they now have 200 miles of trails. I'm sure that includes the atv and motocross trails as well... but there is a lot to see out there.
