Hell, Riches and Boomtacomas are flat now. Both of theirs are gonna have negative arch soon.

That, and part of my concern is axle wrap. Mine was wrapping like hell before I added spring clamps, which have been a good temporary solution. But I want it stopped. Shortly after springs and gears on the list is a traction bar...

Yup, Hodges are a couple years old and have negative arch...........

I went with the Expo's trying to avoid this, we'll see!

Well hopefully they used a different chinese steel then the other leafs. Because if they didn't, then your SOL. They'll have negative arch as well in a couple of years.

Hey it's Indian steel not chinese. Mine are over a couple of years old and seen a lot of use, by no means am promoting AP gear but still have yet to see any problems with these springs other than them being squeaky as hell!

Mine have seen quite a bit of weight already and they held it nicely..........the expos are the same except thicker leafs, a lot thicker leafs, thus giving you 1-1.5" more lift.

I think Larry's were Indonesian...

Yup.....

We'll see how they hold up.......as far as now, I would say they are the best option for rear lift on the market or late modle tacomas and tacoma in general, I also have no experience with the OME's.

Yeah, that's another reason I'm kind of favoring OME...we can continue our little comparison experiment...

Also, I just realized today the reason the section width on my tires is narrower than you and Dennis is because I'm running a 7.5" rim width vs. you guys on 9s. That means about .5" to .75" less section width for me. But I stand by my suggestion that it also helps me hold beads better when aired down.

The skinnier wheel defenetly helps hold the bead better........but so will 3m Adhesive around the bead of the wheel ;)

IMO, tacomas should come stock with the Dakars.
Here's a weight comparison for you.

How much that tractor weigh? I might be able to give you a comparison with the Expo pack.

Tractor + trailer + extra goodies on trailer + load in bed + full set of tools in backseat + my fatass = at least 6k minimum. More than likely I was over the limit.

Tongue weight is the concerning factor here, Hell I could make mine stock pack with AAL balance out by moving the load back on the trailer.

We re talking about safely towing here. Hell anyone can load a trailer to where it takes weight off of the tongue, but ill laugh my ass off when your trying to go down the highway at 70mph and you have trailer sway.
