well in that case I just thought of something in addition to the paperwork.

You guys have hot summers..... leave a crayon with the color in the lines paper under their wiper. Everyone with kids has hundreds of them laying around. Crayon should melt and leave some fun

Back in the day when I was younger and dumber we would put machining wax on our coworkers windshield wipers. Never used a crayon, but I'm sure it's even better

Problem is youll have to keep your crayons in a ARB so they don't melt on you
