Not over torqued. It came over very easy. There is still something dragging and its in like a :rub spin rub spin rub spin.. its not constant.

Sounds more like the bearings are the issue

The guy at trailer parts store was making a large fidget spinner and those bearings got slung across the warehouse a few times, before he shipped them out.
