lol I just installed similar lighting above the cabinets in the kitchen. :D Must be the old man in me.

Oh no, those are fine. These are super old and ghetto. It has a plastic expanded metal (I don't know how else to describe it) as the grate underneath the lights.

What a waste of 2 hours. I knew we really needed new furnaces but had hoped to get away with one more year. Now to convince Z to get 4 and not just one.

Man those plug in heaters are power suckers! Of course the tenants get to pay the power bill. :)

I installed some glass shower doors, hung mirrors and towel holders. I also put in some backsplashes on these sinks to hide the gap from how bad the drywall bows. The whole condo needs to be new sheetrock and sound deadener. I also had to put all new internals on the guest bathroom toilet.

Little stuff lol

I fixed the crooked cabinet doors after I took this pic.

Good looking work! Keep those shower doors clean. When I first met Z you could not see through hers! I spent hours with pure bleach and steel wool. She showers at the gym everyday so she doesn't have to squeegee them down... I like them but they can be a bitch with hard water.

Yeah my GF has them in her townhouse (along with jason's GF) and they are hard to keep clean. But at least they will look good for the first buyer that walks in. lol

shit man there will be more! I'm already planning the next one.

On another note... The dam ice maker and water for the fridge door stopped working from what I read its the 4 way valve on the back and its 50$.. I guess I'll give it a shot before I call sears to fix it for almost the cost of a new one.

Could be that it froze up. My Bosch fridge did the same thing... opened the freezer door for 30 minutes and viola! it worked.

I'll give that a shot first. They said when you hit the water in the door button you should here a hum sound from the back of it. I get nothing.. Checked all the lines from the RO and its all good. I'll leave the door open a bit today and see if it helps
Thanks sean!

Built a grinder tree for the garage. Its not done yet. I plan to weld some tabs on the main leg to allow me to zip tie the power cords out of the way as well as mount a power strip that they all plug into. I will also fill the main leg (3x3) with some sand to give it some down low weight as well as cut down on harmonics. Then weld a cap on the top and paint it red. :) Should work nice.. pull it out when I need it.. roll it back into the corner when I don't.

Will also round off these corners, just the right height that a little one would smack their head on it!

Grinders are just setting on there for now, need to go pickup some mounting hardware and drill holes.

Holy shit, if I've seen this, I don't remember. . You should run the whole tree at once.. once. ..

lol I think I'll have to do that. Plug it into a 20 amp outlet and let em rip!!

I thought about building it using a receiver hitch and then each grinder would be on a quick mount that plugged into the hitch. Give me some options, mount a receiver on my fab table.. mount one the work bench, etc.. but this keeps it simple.. everything in one place. Just move to the next station for whatever you need to do.
