Got a new ceiling fan for the saggy ass fucker in our living room. Best part... it was free!! I still need to install it... having 12' ceilings means I might pay someone to fall off a ladder and not be me.

Any/all fans with real wood blades will sag and warp. Just the nature of wood. We swapped out all our blades to plastic "foe wood" blades years ago down the marina before my mom sold it. Exterior fans on a roofed porch 20 yards from the water took it's toll on fan blades over the years. Once we swapped to plastic - no more issues.

My houses probably uses that much in 2 days.

Bingo! My pool pumps are like an extra AC unit.

Your houses are also prob 2-4X larger than mine + I bet I use a bunch more natural gas in the winter then you folks do down there. Luckily NG is cheap compared to electric.

My front door is 42” wide and 8’ tall. When we bought new furniture several years ago the delivery guys were happy. Easy to get shit in the house.

Yeah my front door is only 30" wide. Cant fit shit in. Have to take everything apart to fit it in the house. When I do the new windows (hopefully 2020), I'm going to get a new front door and see how much it'll cost to upgrade to a full 36" door. Think its gonna be more than it's worth though. Same thing with windows. The two I need to replace are an odd side I havent found anywhere. Dont know if its cheaper to have custom windows made or reframe for a standard size window. I'm guessing custom but we'll see. I'm wanting to do windows, siding, and front door next year. Hopefully things pick up at work so I can swing it.

You'll have to order them then. A lot of goofy sizes from back in the day. One of the reasons I hate residential work. It's doesn't have as many standard sizes as commercial or industrial work (not talking about new residential builds now).

Found a nice little antique table for the new printer.

Clogged AC drain line. Discovered the drain does not tie in to the P trap under any sinks. It ties into kitchen sink drain vent in the attic. Thankfully the backup drain is working and started dripping on the back porch to alert me.

Waiting for some joints to dry on a section or pipe I cut out, cleaned and put back to see if this fixes it.

Nope. Didnt fix it. Looks like the upstairs is also draining VERY slow and I know when I have reached my abilities. Calling an AC guy tomorrow.

My Grandpa and uncle both owned HVAC companies, they use this along with hot water.

I poured bleach down both AC drains so fingers crossed it helps over night. Either way I need it fixed soon so it doesn't leak water up stairs and cause a bigger issue.
