You have better racks in your house than we do at my job.

they are heavy duty, bought them from an Office Mart that went out of business, the thick shelves have a 7600lb load capacity and smaller shelves rated at 4950lbs. I don’t have these bolted down, I don’t put that kind of weight on them.

Goovi dragged out some nice dust bunnies and a dead frog.

county lifted the burn ban for this morning, we’re able to burn until noon, lit off the burn pit and 4 burn barrels, I still have a bunch more to burn. I probably put 14 or 15 tractor loads into the pit.

Installed a new 30 gallon water heater (replaced the water lines & blow off line). Installed a new sink faucet and bathroom faucet (it's a one bedroom/one bathroom rent house). Pretty sure the water heater was deteriorating which was clogging the faucets.

Old setup. Shut off valve was installed on the wrong side among many other things like the ground wasn't hooked up.

Looks good. Electric has so much less BS than gas HW heaters

I removed all the gas in my lawn equipment. Put some truefuel into each. Ran them for a while, drained the gas, and ran them till it was gone. Whoever said I should buy gas at HD - thanks! Be the first time I have real ethanol free gas.

Also got all my leaves at the curb for them to pick up this week. My pile's about the size of a tri axle dump truck. Used almost a liter of trufuel 50:1 mix and my backpack blower did seem to like it. Allot less smoke. Previously I was running 92* Octane with 50:1 oil + ethanol killer and it was old (from spring).

Started on my driveway expansion yesterday for backing up trailers to the shop, should make it much easier, 8 hours of tractor work...I’m gonna make a visit this morning and get on a schedule to have some base delivered. My oldest boy had a baseball game yesterday evening didn’t have time for pictures, damn it was cold with these winds.

13+ tons of 1.5” limestone base will be here in the morning. I’m gonna need to get more diesel and probably pick up 50lb bag of ryegrass seed also.

area is about +|- 35’ x 50’

I will need to remove more soil, there should be a negative slope from the South side of the shop.

excess sand is being placed behind shop, there is about 4’ difference in elevation from the top of the slab and about 12’ from the shop

I need to get a humidifier. Either I was just happy to have heat last year and didn't notice or my body is changing. Right now my house is at 30% humidity 68* and it's to dang dry for me. Feel like I'm in a desert.

Your landscape is eerily similar to that of spots around here. The trees and sand to be specific. Only thing missing is some pine trees

I'm digging up sea shells in my backyard. All good here. Got 1-6" of topsoil then sand for a few feet before hard packed sand and stone.

Just called my town administrator. Amazed I got him on the first try. Told him where I lived and told him in my 15-16 years of living in this town - whoever picked up the mountain of leaves, sticks, and acorns on the coldest day of the year (today) I am impressed. The way I started the conversation must have led him to think I was going to complain lol but they when above and beyond so I thought some kind words were in order. As soon as I thanked him his whole tone changed then he started BS'ing with me. Then I asked him to send the street sweeper to my court more often lol

If it shows up next week - Ill stop down and shake his hand

Just change out the propane hose to a 2ft hose, just stupid to fight the propane bottle underneath the grill, and yes I used proper tape approved for gas. :D
