6in seamless gutters installed yesterday on the new tiny house. Picked up some splash blocks this morning.

Looks good. That black trim is nice.

Upstairs Furnace, lineset and ducting is in. The dryer and bathroom exhaust vents are in. Electricians are working on the downstairs today and getting the power pole reinstalled.

Spent too much time on the internet at work last night and now I’m picking up a small zero turn on Tuesday. Yard isn’t really big enough to need it but the deal is too good to pass up so I jumped. It’s only a 34” cut so still fits through my gate.

Which one did you get?

My neighbor has a tiny Cub Cadet ZT, 30 or 32 inch deck. He's also a guy who does yardwork at 11PM with a flashlight. Weird fucker.

My kiddo, wife and I were wiped out all weekend with some back-to-school bug (I'm still feeling it today), so I didn't get as much stuff done as I wanted.

Saturday- I did some small stuff around my MIL's house for her real quick. Then I made a Lowe's and Home Depot trip for the house.
Sunday- I woke up feeling worse than I did on Saturday but fought through it and got the all of the downstairs electrical switch and outlet boxes in. I also added a center support brace to my AC stand outside and I mowed about a 1/3rd of my lawn as well. It's crazy how high my grass grew from all this rain we've had this past week.

My electrician got the outside electrical pole and disconnect remounted. He's got all of the upstairs wiring dropped into the box as well.

Covid flu?

The grass is growing crazy here at home and the farm, I'm probably gonna get a few calves, but I got to be real careful with this decision, cause these grasses don't grow during winter months, but I'm hoping to put down a bunch of food plots.

Last Monday. This growth is from 2.5in of rain from 10days prior.

Saturday. And when I return back later this week I bet it's over 15in tall in the yard.

I'm probably gonna sell my 42" hustler zero turn.

Neighbor said this summer we have had a good amount of that Afican dust which contains iron and phosphorus, it acts as a great fertilizer.

Downstairs outlets are wired up. I'm going to mount the ceiling cans and outdoor light & electrical boxes this Friday.

I have one in the shitter closet as well. It's on the ground behind the door though, still goes off from movement but does not blind me.

I don’t know how close you could get to a match with the other pulls but could you do one of the hanging (best word I can think of) pulls on those two corner drawers? If it was low profile enough to fit in that recess, the other drawer wouldn’t hit it when it pulls out.

It's not match, but now functional.

Picked up the mower today. Started to pour rain as soon as I got it back home so it’s still in the trailer. It’s the perfect size for what I need. Worth every penny and feel like I got a really good deal on it.

The Laundry Fairy wanted these vintage mirrors on this wall , they are heavy, told her the hang/anchor points have to be on the studs behind the sheetrock, she plans on buying a few more from the antique or thirft stores.
