I borrowed a neighbors Ryobi benchtop drill press(older model than the one in the photo above). It fell over and smashed the snot out of the cover and broke a pulley. I ordered new parts for it but then just bought him a brand new drill press (same model). It was like $75 for a new upper housing and another $30 for the pulley or something ridiculous, bought a brand new one for $129. I kept the old one for a long time and the spare parts. But it never worked real well so I just tossed it one day.

Put it on the floor. I have Ryobi bench top drill press and haven't used it much lately.

Oh and it looks like a great resting spot for your RC rock crawler.. mine are in pieces in the cabinets. One more thing.. go put that 2M radio to good use and put in the truck!!

You got to be shitting me. So I called Amazon this morning to schedule the delivery time for my drill press (supposed to be Monday between 9 and 9). Guy called the freight company and said they expected to get it today and that it I could pick it up if I liked tomorrow. They would call to verify when they got the package. Well just got a call from Amazon and they lost the package. Amazon said its out of stock and they would reimburse me the full amount plus $150!! WOW! What even crazier is that its still showing for sale on Amazon but its $20 less!! Awesome.. so I'll get my refund and buy it again for $170 less. Score.

LOL.. how does Amazon stay in business. Freight carrier just called me. They have the package, asked what time I wanted it delivered. I called Amazon back and spoke to the guy again.. he said "whoops, my bad.. got you confused with another customer" So.. thats all good. I am getting the one I wanted.. and I'm getting it tomorrow.

Well the spot I planned for is too short. The cabinets are not high enough. But a big deal since I planned to move then anyways. But for now it works.

Fudge.... Left the welding gas on for.... About 2 weeks. My bad. It's empty. Time for flux core for welding on the exhaust tip. Probably best since I can open up the garage and get a good breeze blowing through here for this galvanized shit.

You would really be better off with a fan. Those fumes are some nasty shit.

I have a helluva breeze blowing through the garage. 20+ mph winds from the south east so I didn't breath anything but fresh air. Now laying on my back underneath the exhaust caused some nice hot slag to damn near catch me on fire. But I didn't inhale. The words of our former president Clinton. Please God let him be the last of the Clinton presidents.

I bought these Neiko flap disk from Amazon, 20 of them for $29, that $1.45 ea! I did a shit ton of grinding this weekend and am still on my second one. They probably last about 75% as long as the $8 dollar Dewalt disk at Lowes or Home Depot for about 20% of the price. Hell of a deal if you ask me, highly recommended.
