They have a similar setup for the M12 batteries too. I would think the M18 batteries would go further though.

Heck yea. With the new 9amp and 12amp M18 battery packs this fan would run for days and daysand it has a cord. Only thing I wish it did was charge batteries when you used the cord - like the old DeWalt radios did ~ that would be super kick ass

I only got it because my buddy has the Ryobi set up and when we are camping and I'm getting eaten alive while sweating my ass off I got jelly.

I need to get myself one of these......

I have two Anker 10,000 mAh battery banks, but would like to keep one or two of these w/my tools at all times just in case so I can get the most flexibility out of all my batteries
Yeah I've had a Dewalt version with two USB outlets for years. It's what I used to recharge my phone at night in the RTT.

Ive got a few of these from goal zero that I keep around and they came in handy last night. They were on clearance at the time so I got a few. Had them plugged into my Anker battery pack but I would like to be able to use them + other USB devices in my 5.0 M18 battery packs

If I don't hear back from them today Ill put them on blast and not withhold their company name anylonger. Right now who knows whats going on.

Italy hu? Hope you ordered spare parts lol

They make some crazy ass machinery but if the Forvet made 6 head 3 axis (X/Y/Z) glass CNC I used to work on is any reflection of their skillz..... their stuff is very temperamental. I used to run one of these bad boys from Italy when I worked for Oldcastle.... Only good thing was the programing was easy to do for it compared to others

So it's "G stove" that's had me bent over a barrel since Christmas and when I placed the order then, only 2 items were not in stock. So per their own guidelines and website all products but 2 should of shipped within 2 business days and that wpould of been in January of 2019. After a week of no response I get this BS.

upload_2020-6-4_11-50-33.png

Now IDK if their inventory is "off" or I'm being played, but even my confirmation from December shows what items were in and out of stock back then.

Shit now that I looked back at it all the only item that was not in stock was an extra door I bought just for when the original breaks. WTF G stove. Getting the feeling they are just using my money as a part time $1,200 loan.

Did Relentless Fabrication open up a stove shop in Norway or something? Similar kind of crap that moron pulled on me until I called Fastenall and caught him lying to me. I did just check their website to insure all items were back ordered on there and now they are, but they sure as heck were not when my order was placed 6 months ago.

it is what it is with this weird stuff from small batch suppliers I guess

I sure as heck know now not to buy a tipi from them and I was going to for this winter.

Damn, get your money back then.

I'll let them slide for now but if nothing ships in July I'll try to get it back. Not like I need it in summer but I'd like to test it out thoroughly before I use it to keep my ass alive in winter.

Picked up a circular saw this morning. Was going to pick up a miter saw as well but talked myself out of it. Dont have enough cuts to justify it. Nothing special, just the cheapest 7-1/4" 15amp they had on shelf. But if it lasts half as long as my dads old blue Ryobi circular saw, it would be worth the price several times over.

I need one as well. My old 18v DeWalt batteries are getting very old and barley holding a charge. I can only get a few cuts per battery. Holding off for now cause Milwaukee wants $$$$$ for their M18 tools

Yesterday afternoon, worked on my older Echo 18” chainsaw, replaced both bar studs, complete tuneup and breakdown and cleaning, works great! I also ordered an extra Oregon bar and chains, the Echo bar will now be a backup and the echo chains will be scrapped.

The Sthil 18” chainsaw that I have is a much better machine than this Echo, but it’s good to have the second one up in running incase I get the bar in a bind on one of the saws.

Echo had a large batch of inferior chains, I must of owned atleast 4 of them, I didn’t know about this problem till after the fact, the chains kept going slack, and I kept torquing the hell out of the bar bolts, thinking the bar kept moving on me, well one stud eventually broke, after reading on an Arborist forum site, this Echo Model CS-400, which sold at HD stores, does much better with the Oregon brand bar and chains.

I bought some Oregon chains for the family Stihl chainsaw and they were junk. I'd make it through half a tree and they'd be dull. I finally went to a Stihl dealer and picked up some Stihl chains which cut better and stayed sharper wayyyy longer.

Hopefully your experience with them is better than mine was.

or go to a guy who makes chains for professionals and skip all the BS and get a better quality chain than anyone can offer that's custom made for your needs for the same price or less than the "brands" sell them for.

I get mine custom made locally how I want them with as many or as little guard links as I want. Cutting trees or telephone poles full of nails - more guard links so it doesn't kick back into your face. Cutting down virgin trees that are not spiked....less guards but I hold it much firmer because the kick back can be killer...literally

Ive never had a store brand last nearly as long as a custom made chain. Only times I ran store bought brands was when I'm cutting up telephone poles cause they are full of guard links and I don't care if I screw them up when I hit 3 nails in one cut lol

oh and if you wonder why I was always cutting up telephone poles....my dad worked for AT&T back in the day and we used them for piles down the marina. He stockpiled them and I was put in charge of removal that took about a decade between my mos house and the marina. I'm not going around cutting down power lines lol

Guess you didn’t understand what I wrote, Oregon is recommended for the particular Echo that I have... that recommendation is by the tree guys/arborists, they know the products better than I. Each chain designs have different pitch/cuts and links, Oregon does make some quality stuff, but not at the same quality of Stihl.

I only use Stihl bar and chains on my Stihl, it’s a much better saw and product.

I almost bought a roll to make mine, the cost was too much, hopefully I do not have a bunch more trees die off.

Yea I skipped that pitch part part....

You definitely do not want to get custom chains made if the guy making them is not 1,000% legit and can give you what you need for your uses w/o specifying everything to him. All the pitch stuff is way over my head. I just know more guards = less cuts and less kickback when you hit steel and less guards = more cuts in less time with allot less kickback safety. A custom chain will amaze and scare you all in one if you are used to store bough brands. They pull the saw right through the wood and throw off chips the size of mulch lol
