Was watching some Youtube video and the guy was using a set of these. Picked up a set for under $25. Pretty slick. I'll try them out tomorrow when I attach some more solar lights to the pergola.
Also picked up some of these. Saw them on Mike Patey's Youtube channel where he builds badass bush planes. Anyhow, not cheap.

Oh this was the video I was watching where they used them. This build is pretty damn awesome BTW. Just the amount of craftsmanship that is in it.
My stepdad had one of those. They aren't great at getting in tight spaces. You'll also snap cheap zipties pretty quick or over-tighten stuff. They are cool to have and use a few times and then you'll just go back to using your hands and a knife
And I also saw those zipties from Mike as well and looked them up. I noped out when I saw the price

Well the ziptie thing is adjustable, so in theory it shouldn't break them... unless you just buy shit zipties. But you are right, probably just use my hand and some flush cut Knipex snips.

Just ordered a set of these Knipex pliers to try out. They are supposed to be good for rounded off or seized nuts and nuts in tight places.

If already rounded, what’s wrong with using vise grip type lock pliers?
Sorry I forgot to add that they are also good to get nuts out in tight places.
That's one method but if the space it too small to fit a pair of those, then maybe these will work? Another tool for the toolbox for when it eventually happens.
