I like them because I don't have to cut off the POS "S" hooks and put on my own carabeiners.

I refuse to use any sort of strap that is not 100% secure and is designed to fall off should it loosen up. Basically no "S" hooks ever on any of my loads.

Kayaks get all flimsy in the sun and then you lose your load and the straps at the same time with S hooks.

Cancel that order - Save yourself $10 and go US made w/lifetime warranty (not actually sure f the US made - that could be wrong). I just found these guys last year and I'm impressed so far with the 4pk I bought.

Thanks! I'll return those other straps. Never heard of these guys before and the price was too good to pass up. I got another 10% off as well plus free shipping.

I also got some bungie cords (my mom asked me for some the other day) and the axle straps (those will come in handy in other places than just axles).

Hope your happy with them. Between the spring clips on the S binders and velcro straps for storing them Ill never use any other brand unless they start falling apart before a good 5 years worth of work. I don't trust the velcro to keep the straps from flapping at highway speeds (still use electrical tape) but it's great for keeping them wrapped up when not in use. I can't stand trying to untangle a web of loose straps just for one. They all store really nice in the supplied bag velcroed up.

I have some of their tie down straps and a few 20ft snatch straps in each of my service trucks.

These Wilton hammers are badass. The only hammer that's stood up to abuse at my job. So much stronger than wood handles and won't kill your hands like the fiberglass handles. I just picked up one of these 2.5lb ones for the house. They're $$$ but I've yet to find anyone that could break one even in the fucked up environment we use them at work.

Got some ratchet straps delivered today. Weird part is they were delivered in an Amazon package even though I bought them from that website?! Maybe Amazon is selling boxes and tape??

I think Amazon is their warehouse. Small companies like them sometimes use Amazon's logistics and warehouses as a means to ship everything for them. Few years ago I used to do the same for a buddy when I was running his web based pet supply store. We would have entire trailer loads of product shipped to Amazon for their fulfillment w/o us ever having to touch or ship anything because we were already choking and at max capacity for the orders we could stock/pull/ship in a single day. Mondays were the worst when all the orders would back up from the weekend. I do know you paid less than buying them direct from Amazon because I checked before I posted.

BTW - similar name but totally different these guys make supurb roof racks IMHO. Less money than Thule and higher weight ratings.

Maybe Amazon does sell boxes and tape now. Or they "give it to you" like UPS used to do way back in the day when you had a commercial account. We used to use their "free" supplies for everything but actual UPS packages
